Lissa’s responsibilities include overseeing property management operations to achieve objectives consistent with the asset strategy for each multi-family property. This includes marketing, leasing, budget planning and execution, variance analysis, revenue management, cost management, staff hiring and training, contract management, quality assurance, and developing and implementing operating policies that reflect Heritage Hill’s core values. Lissa’s specialty is taking distressed assets and turning them around through renovations and lease-up strategies that increase the value of multi-family communities. Lissa is also a firm believer in training and empowering her team, giving them the tools they need for success.

Lissa has 20 years of experience in the property management industry.  Lissa has worked for national property management firms and has extensive experience in all aspects of the multi-family industry, with experience in properties ranging from Class-A through Class-D including project-based Section 8. She holds the following certifications:  NALP, CAM, CAPS, TCS, & COS.
