Traci has 26+ years of Property Management experience, including Multi-Family, Student Housing, Commercial and Affordable Housing.  Originally from Lexington, KY, Traci relocated to the Northern KY/Cincinnati area in 2001 and has travelled the country overseeing acquisitions and management of a diverse range of assets.  Adept in delivering high performing assets within challenging markets, Traci has consistently been successful in identifying and capitalizing upon market opportunities to drive revenue and profit growth.  Traci possesses broad-based, analytical and proficiency skills in all real estate, operating, sales, marketing, product and human resource management functions.

Prior to joining Heritage Hill Capital Partners in 2023, Traci held pivotal executive roles in Property Management, allowing her to oversee not only the acquisition of projects, but construction, renovation, and stabilization of garden and high-rise assets throughout the United States.

Outside of work, Traci is a commissioned Kentucky Colonel and enjoys taking her RV on road trips with her family and three dogs.
